▼ Where is my order? It's past the ship by date.
If your order is a PREORDER, the date you were given may not be accurate. There are many factors that go into preorders that can push the timeline backwards or forwards. Please be patient. Plush preorders generally take about 3 months (pins 4-5 months) to get to you but if there are delays or problems, I always try to let everyone know as soon as I can.
△Can I have a refund on a preordered item?
With the way that preorders work I am unable to provide refunds for them. The money goes directly toward producing the items.
▼If you order an in stock item with a preordered item, the in stock item will be held until the preordered item is ready to ship. If you would like it sooner please order them separately.
△Do you do plush commissions?
Due to the cost and time needed for a one off plush, I currently am unable to take on such commissions.
